Recreation & Fitness
Don't miss a workout! Our new Fitness
Center is conveniently located by the
Spa on the first floor of the Resort.
Our outdoor pool is just outside the
door, right next to the made-for-running
beach. For the fitness minded, we offer
the following:
- Outdoor lap pool
- Indoor heated pool
- Hydrotherapy whirlpools
For a nominal cost, guests may also have access to the resort's saunas, steam rooms and lockers located in Spa Soleil.

Beach Information
Shore Beach Service is a separate
entity from the Hilton Head Marriott
Resort & Spa and has provided lifeguard
protection and rental services since
1974. Guests can rent any of the beach
equipment. The lifeguards are on the
beach for your safety and to answer
your questions about the Island. Shore
Beach Service also provides the Beach
patrol to assist with emergency and
other needs. To enjoy your day at the
beach, rentals are available for:

Our 10-mile lagoon system is wonderful

is a 230-acre facility. It is rated as
one of the top harbors on the east coast.
This 220 slip, deep-water harbor can
handle vessels up to 125 feet. Wrapping
around the harbor is some of your finest
shopping and dining on Hilton Head Island.
